What is life coaching

A life coach helps clients get into their full potential and set/achieve their goals for who they want to be and what they want to do. 

Are you happy with how your life is going at this moment? To answer this question, really think about:

  • Am I living the life I would like to live?
  • What would I like to have and do not have in my life?
  • So what about your life? Ask yourself these questions from time to time and vision how you would like your life to be. Work towards that goal.
  • Everything that happens in your life is in your hands. You can be whoever and however, you would like to be…

You are you, and that is amazing, and if you would like to work on yourself to become a better version of yourself, you need to do it!

Help you change your mindset, let yourself see what it is you need to change in your habits, day to day life to make the change you need to become the person you would like to be and the life you would want to have.    I am going to give you three examples of why you should not hire me or any other life coach if this is your mindset, and those three examples give you already more of an idea of life coaching.  

1. You want the Life Coach to tell you what you need to do.

We are not here to tell you what to do, we will give you valuable resources, but we are not going to tell you exactly what to do. We ask curious questions, open new perspectives, and challenges that honor your goals and what you need to live your best life. If you do not like questions, well coaching, in general, is nothing for you!

2. You say your life is good enough!

Some people are content with the way their life is at this moment or always have been, well that’s awesome! We are here to help you celebrate the life that you have and cheer you on to an even better life, when you are already feeling content enough, no reason to get a life coach!

3. You hate change

A lot of times change means that our life is going to be harder for a while or even painful, that is why we back out really soon when we are starting to change. During life coaching, we ask you to take risks! We challenge you to change, and we take you straight into the uncomfortable. Get out of your comfort zone! We do not do this because we have fun when doing so. We do this to get you out of your comfort zone, so you will see more opportunities and can grow. We encourage change and taking risks because that’s where the transformation happens, that is where you start to reach the goal of becoming who you want to be.
